Our History
Our company in Apeldoorn has been active in our field since 1935.
Our name, Wolverine Tube Europe B.V., is a product from the period between 2000 and 2014, when we were part of the Wolverine Tube Group.
On 1 July 2014 Dutch Metal Holding, has reached an agreement with Wolverine Tube, Inc. to acquire Wolverine Tube Europe B.V.
The Whole story
Our company in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands, has been active in our field since 1935. Our name, Wolverine Tube Europe B.V., is a product from the period between 2000 and 2014, when we were part of the Wolverine Tube Group.
Wolverine Tube is a world leader in the production and supply of technically sophisticated tubes from copper and copper alloys as well as related products for the air conditioning and heat transfer industry, with a wide variety of other customers, such as manufacturers of musical instruments, pressure gauges, welding equipment and so on.
On 1 July 2014 Dutch Metal Holding, a joint venture of investors with participation of the management of WTE, has
reached an agreement with Wolverine Tube, Inc. to acquire Wolverine Tube Europe B.V. Simultaneously, the activities of sector partner Apeldoorn Metals International B.V. were merged with Wolverine Tube Europe. With this merger we strive to further improve our service to you and to make sure we can supply you with the best products and the most suitable conditions.
